What is the process?

The process begins with an initial consultation - during this consultation, we will discuss the vision and goals for the build. We’ll then conduct a feasibility study to identify any limitations and opportunities for design and construction. 

The next step is to create architectural designs through concept sketches and 3D modelling software to give clients a look into floor plan, layout, building materials, and fixtures. Once we’ve nailed the structure of the project, we’ll move on to construction and ensuring that the interior design is perfectly aligned with the chosen concept. 

We’ll handle the necessary documentation to obtain building approval and oversee the project from start to end, whether it’s a new build, retrofit, or renovation. 

The timeline for developmental approval (DA) from Randwick City Council or other local councils will depend on factors such as the extent of the renovation or building work involved, as well as the presence of complex issues such as environmental or heritage building regulations. The council will generally provide information on the progress of the DA application approximately 3-4 weeks after the application.
