Our design process is centred around your needs, preferences, and vision for your project. Our architects and interior designers will work closely with you to understand your ideas, budget, and preferred timeline. We will assess your site to identify any limitations and opportunities, and collect necessary documents, including property history and local area insights.
With site considerations, personal goals, zoning, building codes, and construction budget in mind, we will produce a 3D model of your dream result. Utilising industry-leading BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology, our architects and interior designers will create detailed graphics, virtual reality tours, and a detailed overview of materials, colour palette, and fittings.
We will address any concerns or changes you may have and finalise the project before handling building approval documentation and proceeding to the construction phase. Our team will keep you informed about the project’s progress and ensure it is executed to the highest standard.
